Hotel Booking

  • We coordinate with hotel on your behalf

Tour Package

Weather / Natural Disasters
Heavy rain, floods, snow or curfew — your booking is fully refundable or can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
Flight / Train Delays
Full refund for missed transfers. We track your PNR or flight number live and adjust pickup time at no extra charge.
Medical Emergencies
Documented medical emergencies (you or a family member) get 100% refund or free rescheduling within 60 days.
Driver No-Show
If the driver doesn't show up at the agreed point, you get a 100% refund + ₹500 compensation. No questions asked.

Timelines are from the date of refund initiation, not cancellation. Bank holidays may add 1–2 days.

No-Show Policy
If you don't show up at the agreed pickup point within 30 minutes of pickup time and we can't reach you on phone/WhatsApp, the booking is marked no-show. Advance is non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled booking within 30 days.

Common Questions

Quick answers about cancellations and refunds.

How fast do refunds reach me?

UPI refunds land in 1–3 working days. Card refunds take 5–7 working days (bank dependent). Net banking sits in the 3–5 day range. We initiate the refund within 24 hours of confirming your cancellation.

What if my driver cancels?

You get a 100% refund plus ₹500 compensation. We also try to arrange an alternate driver/vehicle within 30 minutes if you still want to make the trip — your choice.

Can I change the date instead of cancelling?

Yes, and we recommend it. Rescheduling is free up to the same window as a free cancellation (24 hours for cabs, 7 days for tour packages). After that window, a small adjustment fee may apply.

Is the booking fee refundable?

If your booking falls in the full-refund window, yes — 100% including the booking fee. For partial-refund windows, the booking fee (₹49 platform charge) is non-refundable.

What about partial cancellation in a group?

For groups, you can remove members up to 48 hours before the trip without penalty. The total trip cost is recalculated per remaining head. Removing more than 50% of the group counts as a full cancellation.

How do I track my refund?

Once initiated, you'll get a refund reference number on WhatsApp and email. Share it with your bank/UPI provider if it doesn't reflect within the expected timeline. You can also message us anytime for status.
