Can I book a cab one-way or do I have to do round-trip?

Both work. One-way is charged at a single km-rate plus a small driver-return charge. Round-trips are billed on total distance with no surcharge.

What if my flight or train is delayed?

Share the PNR or flight number when you book. We track it live and the driver waits at no extra cost. First 60 minutes of wait time is always free.

Can I make stops on the way?

Yes — quick chai stops or temple darshan stops along the route are included. Long detours (more than 15 km off-route) may add to the km count.

How do I pay?

20% advance via UPI/card to confirm, balance to the driver in cash or UPI on pickup. Full advance also accepted with 5% off.

What's the cancellation policy?

Advance non-refundable · Free rescheduling within 30 days. Advance is non-refundable. You can reschedule for free within 30 days of original date.

Can I request a specific driver or female chauffeur?

Yes, both possible. Mention in your booking and we'll match availability. Female drivers are available with 24-hour notice.
