Quick answers to what most travellers ask before booking an airport transfer.

What if my flight is delayed or arrives early?

Share your flight number when booking. We track live status from the moment you take off. If you land early, the driver is already in position; if delayed, pickup is auto-adjusted at no extra cost. First 60 mins of wait is free.

Do you cover all terminals at LKO and VNS?

Yes — both domestic and international terminals at Lucknow (CCS / LKO) and Varanasi (LBSI / VNS) airports. Just tell us your arrival terminal when booking.

Can I make multiple stops on the way?

One short stop (under 15 mins) is included free in cross-city transfers. Additional stops or detours over 15 km off-route may add a small charge — we'll tell you upfront.

What about a group of 8+ passengers?

For 8 or more passengers, we deploy a tempo traveller (12 / 17 seater). Pricing on request — usually around ₹2,499 for in-city and ₹4,999 for cross-city transfers.

Can I book a return trip too?

Absolutely. Book pickup and drop together and get 5% off the combined fare. Same driver on both legs if you prefer continuity.

How will I find the driver at the airport?

One hour before landing, you'll receive driver name, photo, car number and live location on WhatsApp. The driver waits at the arrivals exit holding a placard with your name.
