By making a booking with Your Travel Partner — whether for a cab, hotel, tour package or transfer — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
These terms apply to every interaction with our website, WhatsApp number, phone bookings and on-the-road services. Bookings made on behalf of family members, friends or colleagues mean you accept these terms for them as well.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on this page will always apply to new bookings. We recommend you re-read this page before each booking, especially if it has been a while since your last trip.
Your Travel Partner provides a curated range of travel services across Uttar Pradesh, including cab booking, hotel reservation, holiday tour packages, airport transfers, railway station transfers, intercity travel, e-rickshaw rentals and bike rentals. Our coverage spans Ayodhya, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Lucknow and surrounding districts.
We operate primarily as a facilitator, partnering with a network of verified and trusted local vendors — drivers, vehicle owners, hotels and tour guides. We screen our partners carefully, but final delivery of the service depends on the assigned vendor. We take full responsibility for coordination, support and any quality issues that arise.
Service availability, pricing and inclusions may vary depending on season, demand, route and current government regulations. We will always confirm the exact scope of your booking in writing (WhatsApp or email) before any payment is collected.
All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of a 20% advance payment of the total quoted amount. The remaining balance is payable to the driver or service provider at the time of pickup or check-in, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept multiple modes of payment for your convenience — UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking from all major Indian banks, and cash. Full advance payment may be offered with a small discount; this will be mentioned at the time of booking.
Once payment is received, you will receive a booking confirmation message on both WhatsApp and email, containing your booking reference, trip details, driver/hotel information (when assigned) and our 24×7 support number. Please verify all details immediately and report any errors within 2 hours.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or check-in time. If you cancel within this window, the full advance amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are subject to the advance being non-refundable. However, in such cases, the advance can be applied to a rescheduled booking made within 30 days, subject to vehicle and date availability. No-shows are treated as same-day cancellations.
Hotel cancellations follow the individual policy of each partner hotel, which will be communicated at the time of booking. Some non-refundable rates and special peak-season bookings (Kumbh, Diwali, festival weeks) may have stricter cancellation terms — these will always be highlighted before payment.
Refunds for tour packages with multiple components are calculated on a per-component basis. Government taxes and payment gateway charges (typically 2%) are non-refundable for any cancellation.
To ensure a smooth journey, you agree to provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking — including correct passenger names, valid contact numbers, government ID (when required), pickup and drop addresses, and any special requirements such as accessibility needs or dietary preferences.
You agree to be ready and available at the pickup point at the scheduled time. Drivers will wait for up to 60 minutes free of cost; beyond that, hourly wait charges apply. You also agree to follow reasonable driver instructions regarding seat belts, luggage placement, route safety and vehicle care.
Any illegal activity — including but not limited to carrying contraband, consuming alcohol or smoking inside the vehicle, harassing the driver or other passengers — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service without refund. You are also expected to treat hotel property, vehicles and staff with respect. Any damage caused by you or your party may be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.

Driver & Vehicle Conduct
All our drivers are professionally trained, ID-verified and have a minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience. They are familiar with major tourist routes across Uttar Pradesh and follow our internal code of conduct around courtesy, punctuality, hygiene and safe driving.
Vehicles are cleaned and sanitised before every trip, with valid permits, insurance, fitness certificates and pollution checks. We carry out periodic safety audits on our fleet partners. Wherever possible, we share the driver's name, photograph and vehicle number at least one hour before pickup.
If you have any complaint about driver behaviour, vehicle condition or service quality, please report it to us within 24 hours of the trip via WhatsApp, call or email. Every complaint is investigated within 48 hours, and corrective action — including refunds, replacements or partner removal — is taken where warranted.
Your Travel Partner acts in good faith as a coordinator and facilitator of travel services. Our maximum liability in connection with any booking is strictly limited to the total amount paid by you for that specific booking. We carry no liability beyond this cap, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential.
We are not liable for delays, route changes or disruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control — including traffic congestion, weather conditions, road closures, vehicle breakdown despite due maintenance, accidents on the route, government-mandated diversions, VIP movements, or sudden religious/political gatherings.
You are advised to carry your own travel insurance for personal belongings, medical emergencies and trip protection. We do not insure passenger property, and items left behind in vehicles or hotels are the passenger's responsibility — though we will always assist in good faith with recovery.
Your Travel Partner shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its services due to events of force majeure — circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party. This includes, without limitation, natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes and storms; pandemics and public health emergencies; strikes, lockouts or other labour disturbances; acts of war, terrorism or civil unrest; and government restrictions or curfews.
In the event of force majeure affecting your booking, we will make every reasonable effort to provide an alternative — rescheduling at no extra cost, route modification, or partial refund where the service cannot be performed at all. Such alternatives are always offered in good faith and depend on conditions at the time.
Any refund issued under force majeure circumstances will reflect actual costs already incurred on your behalf (such as non-refundable hotel deposits or vendor advances). We will share a transparent breakup of any such deductions.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms — or any booking made with Your Travel Partner — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Before approaching the courts, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If direct discussion fails, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Lucknow, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
If any clause of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining clauses shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
