Common Questions

Quick answers to what most riders ask before booking.

What documents do I need?

A valid driving licence (original) plus one government ID proof (Aadhaar / passport / voter ID). Soft copies on your phone work for the form, but originals are checked at pickup.

Is fuel included?

No, you pay actual fuel. The bike is handed over with a starter amount of fuel and we provide directions to the nearest pump. Return the bike with the same fuel level to avoid a top-up charge.

What about damage or scratches?

We do a quick walkaround with you at pickup and note any existing scratches with photos. Minor wear is on us; major damage is billed at workshop rate from the security deposit.

Can I extend the rental?

Yes — call or WhatsApp before your return time. Extension is charged at the standard daily rate (or weekly rate if it crosses 7 days). Subject to bike availability.

Pickup outside city limits?

You can ride anywhere across UP and neighbouring states, no problem. If you want the bike delivered or returned outside our pickup points, a small doorstep charge applies based on distance.

Is a deposit required?

Yes — a refundable security deposit is collected at pickup (₹2,000 for scooters, ₹5,000 for Royal Enfield). It is returned in full at drop-off once the bike is checked and papers are back.
